Lucky Us?

feeling kinda bored now so for the 1st time, i am bloggin from my workplace.
feeling so fuckin free, my mindbrought me back to an issue which happened yesterday at this very same place.

as some peeps know, what i deal with evryday is mostly foreign workers coming in to register for safety courses and so on.
sometimes, its really heartening to see that though they are not really that rich, some came on their own accord to upgrade themselves.

some were diploma holders, some degree holders.

yesterday came this certain bangladesh guy. he looks jus like any dark skin guy which u see on normal streets and u will think "wo Bung-GA-LA".

anyway he was really polite and ask me a lot of questions which i patiently reply. in the end, he applied for a course which cost over 300 plus.

but the moment he took out his wallet, i felt so.. so don know how to describe.
his wallet was all torn n worn out to the state where there was onli one pocket usable. and yet he was still using it. he could have well use the 300 plus to buy a new wallet but no, he didnt.

he rather use it to apply for a course which he think would be useful. i thought of myself. if my wallet has even a small hole, i would change it liao.

what course to upgrade myself?

sorry no money. need buy wallet.

it was at that instant when i really felt that singaporeans are really so so lucky.

foreign workers with degree gotta come to singapore to earn some 400 plus dollars evry month which to us, is perhaps jus 4 meals at a restaurant but to them is really a lifeline for them back at home.

but suddenly, i thought of another issue. its because that they are so much cheaper to hire, sgporeans are comin to complain to us that foreign workers are snatchin their rice bowls.

one sgporean came n typically said "i took up so much course but no one still wana hire me. why the fuck am i wastin so much money?"

...

k why did i brought up this issue. no link at all.

sianz wallet going spoil soon liao. nx payday go buy new wallet..
