The Goddess of 豆花 (Soya Beancurd)

I thought I had eaten the best Bean Flower back in Singapore.
Well, I thought I did. You can just name it and I have tried it.
I have practically tried the best Bean Flower in Bencoolen St, Geylang, Yishun, Toa Payoh, Whampoa, Lau Pat Sat, Tanjong Pagar, J.B. and Batam.
But nothing beat the one that I ate last week.
It was pure Heaven's delight. Nothing can describe the texture of the bean curds. The smoothness as it flows around in your tongue. The way it breaks down itself in your mouth. The sweetness of the red beans.
I never knew I can have orgasm eating beancurd.
Guess what? My taiwanese friends say that the main branch back in Taiwan is way much better.
I cant wait to go Taiwan~~~
